Day 1 — Fly to Lake Nakuru
Your safari begins with a morning flight from Nairobi to the Rift Valley region.
Upon arrival, your guide meets you and the safari begins immediately inside Lake Nakuru National Park.
This compact park offers intense wildlife viewing — wooded areas, open lake shores, and excellent chances to spot both black and white rhinos. Flamingos, pelicans, and other birdlife line the water’s edge, while giraffes and buffalo move through the forested sections.
After an extended game drive, you arrive at your lodge for lunch and rest.
The afternoon is relaxed, with time to enjoy the views before a short sunset drive or lodge-side wildlife viewing.
Overnight: Lake Nakuru
Highlight: Rhinos, birdlife, and Rift Valley scenery
Day 2 — Fly to the Masai Mara
After breakfast, you transfer to the airstrip for a scenic flight west toward the Masai Mara.
As the aircraft descends, the landscape opens into endless grasslands — a clear shift in scale and energy.
Your guide meets you on arrival, and a game drive begins immediately en route to camp. Wildlife encounters often start within minutes: elephants, giraffes, plains game, and predators scanning the horizon.
After lunch and rest at camp, the afternoon game drive takes you deeper into the reserve as the light softens and animal activity increases.
You return to camp at sunset, surrounded by open plains and distant calls of the wild.
Overnight: Masai Mara
Highlight: First immersion into the Mara’s vast ecosystem
Day 3 — Masai Mara & Departure
An early morning game drive offers the Masai Mara at its most atmospheric — cool air, golden light, and predators on the move.
After breakfast, you transfer to the airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi, bringing the safari to a calm, unhurried close.
End of Safari
Highlight: Sunrise game drive in big-cat territory
